, the Company purchased from, or sold to, several entities, where one or more executive officers of the Company or members of the Company’s Board of Directors, or their immediate family members were, during the periods presented, an executive officer or a board member of a subsidiary, including Citrix Systems, Inc., Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Juniper Networks, Inc., Keysight Technologies, Inc., MetLife Insurance K.K., NetApp, Inc., and Proofpoint, Inc.
The following table provides the transactions with these parties for the indicated periods (for the portion of such period that they were considered related):

, the Company acquired a product line from Keysight Technologies, Inc. (“Keysight”) for total purchase consideration of
