苏珊瓦格纳, KLA’s VP of Global Facilities and Real Estate and veteran of the tech world for over two decades, presented on the future of work in a post-COVID world. She pointed out that the recent decentralization of the workplace provided an opportunity to break down silos and increase collaboration across teams. She also remarked on how the necessity of adapting to remote work revealed opportunities to leverage its advantages long-term, positing a hybrid approach to the eventual return to work.
